包装规格

采用烤漆钢桶以每桶 200 Kg 封装，如有需要，可以使用液袋、IBC、罐式集装箱或汽车槽罐进行包装运输。

贮存 (使用) 注意事项

容器：产品应该密封保存在以钢、PE 或PP 材质的容器中，并建议用氮气对容器进行填充。

温度：在储存 5631 时，应避免在潮湿的环境，并且储存温度应该保持在50℃ 以下，尽量避免阳光暴晒，远离水源、热源。储存温度高于 80℃会导致产品质量下降。短时的升温或冷却对产品的质量影响不大。但是应该要注意，产品在较低的温度是粘度会出现明显的增加，这种情况会导致生产加工过程带来一定的困难。

在正确的储存条件下，5631 的保存期一年。超过保质期经检验符合本技术指标仍可使用。

JF5631 is a glycerol based polyether polyol, it is widely used in the manufacture of flexible slabstock polyurethane foams, especially for mattress, sofa, costume and many other applications.

200kg steel pail with coating in standard container can be obtained, flexitank, IBCs, tank containers or road tankers can also be supplied, if necessary.

Storage

Container: This product should be stored in an closed container produced with steel, aluminum, PE or PP, and nitrogen is suggested to fill in the containers.

Temperature: When JF5631 is stored, moist and wet conditions should be avoided, the temperature of the environment should be maintained below 50C, and avoid sunlight, water and heating. Above 60C, a deterioration of the product quality would be caused. Short term warming or cooling of the product to low temperatures does not damage the product. It should however be noted that at low temperatures viscosity increases markedly and this may cause difficulties in processing.
